Identifies non-routine issues and routes/escalates to appropriate team member. Works for multiple Clients on their Voip systems to configure and troubleshoot.What you will be doing:

Configure, troubleshoot Cisco Voip , (Cloud Telephony 8x8 and Webex calling)
Configure and troubleshoot Voice Gateways, Poe Switches, Cisco Unified border element.
Work on third party applications integrated with Voip Systems.
Closely working with the vendors for Incident resolution and RCA.
Phone/ email communications to all stakeholders on task updates.

What you bring:

3 to 5 Years of experience Cisco Voip Systems.
Experience in Work with Voip systems like CUCM, Unity connection, IM&P, UCCX
Knowledge/familiarity with networking concepts, VLAN etc.
Experience in troubleshooting voip issues.
Understand of Debugs used for troubleshooting issues like SIP, MGCP, analog.
Willing to work in 24/7 Rotational Shifts

Added bonus if you have:

Cloud telephony like Webex calling and 8x8
UCCX scripting configuring and troubleshooting.
Familiar with integration with other systems.
