• Content Creation: Write engaging, accurate, and high-quality content for various platforms, ensuring the content aligns with educational goals and the syllabus for competitive exams (such as UPSC, PCS, Judiciary, etc.).
• Voice Over Recording: Provide clear and professional voice-overs with correct pronunciation and diction, including both long-form and short-form videos for YouTube and other media channels.
• Content Strategy: Collaborate with the content team to plan and develop content strategies, ensuring a mix of written and spoken content that is both informative and engaging for the audience.
• Research & Updates: Stay informed on the latest trends, updates, and changes in competitive exams to ensure the content remains relevant and accurate.
• Content Optimization: Apply YouTube SEO strategies to optimize video titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails to enhance search visibility and ranking on the platform.
• Collaboration: Work closely with graphic designers, video editors, and other content creators to produce cohesive content that integrates well with visuals, thumbnails, and video scripts.
• AI and Tool Utilization: Leverage tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity AI for content creation and editing, and use Canva or similar software for visual content creation when necessary.
• Audience Engagement: Monitor comments, feedback, and audience responses on videos, ensuring that user queries are addressed in both written and voice formats.

• Language Proficiency: Strong command over both written and spoken Hindi and English. Ability to adapt writing and voice tones based on audience and content requirements.
• Content Writing: Proven experience in creating high-quality content, including educational and informative materials for a wide range of audiences.
• Voice Over Skills: Ability to perform clear, articulate, and engaging voice-overs. Experience in voice modulation, tone adjustment, and correct pronunciation.
• SEO Knowledge: Understanding of SEO best practices, especially YouTube SEO for content titles, descriptions, and keywords.
• Tech Savvy: Proficiency in using AI-based content creation tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity AI, as well as basic video editing tools like Canva and Filmora.
• Education: Minimum of a graduate degree in any field; a degree/diploma in Mass Communication is preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in content writing and voice overs. Prior work in creating educational content, particularly for competitive exams, will be highly advantageous.
