Position Overview: We are looking for a highly skilled Process Engineer with 5-8 years of experience in the chemical engineering field, specifically in distillation, pressure vessel fabrication, and process optimization. The ideal candidate will play a key role in improving the design, implementation, and operational efficiency of chemical processes in our manufacturing and production systems. Key Responsibilities:  Process Design & Optimization: Develop and optimize chemical processes to improve efficiency, yield, and safety. Perform process simulations, mass and energy balances, and equipment sizing.  Distillation & Separation Processes: Lead and oversee distillation process design and implementation. Optimize separation processes for effective chemical separation and product recovery.  Pressure Vessel Design & Fabrication: Oversee the design, fabrication, and testing of pressure vessels. Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.  Process Control & Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve process bottlenecks and inefficiencies. Implement process controls to monitor and optimize operations. Troubleshoot any process-related issues in real-time.  Project Management: Support cross-functional project teams, including R&D, production, and maintenance. Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.  Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and quality regulations. Conduct risk assessments and implement corrective actions as necessary.  Documentation & Reporting: Prepare detailed technical documentation, including P&ID diagrams, process flow diagrams (PFDs), and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Maintain accurate records of process changes, audits, and compliance checks.  Collaboration & Training: Collaborate with other engineers, operators, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operation. Provide technical training and mentorship to junior engineers and plant operators. Required Skills & Qualifications:  Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering (B.E. Chemical).  Experience: 5-8 years of hands-on experience in a chemical plant, with expertise in distillation, pressure vessel fabrication, and chemical process design.  Technical Skills: o In-depth knowledge of chemical process engineering, distillation columns, and separation technology. o Strong understanding of pressure vessel design codes (ASME, TEMA, etc.) and fabrication processes. o Familiarity with process simulation tools (Aspen Plus, HYSYS, etc.) and chemical process control systems. o Knowledge of heat and mass transfer principles, fluid mechanics, and thermodynamics.Job requirements
