Senior Engineer Program Management

• Should have Bachelor Degree (B.E-Mechanical) with Min of 5 years of experience in Program management.
• Good Experience in Developing a budget and operating plan for the program.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives
• Manage budget and funding channels for maximum productivity.
• Work with team to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the department
• Analyse, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for management and stakeholders and manage all aspect of the program.
• Good Knowledge in MS Project, PowerPoint, Excel, Power Bi
• Familiar with Boeing process (Boeing tools and Boeing Portal) and Airbus process (Airbus Portal).
• Should be aware of AS9100 requirements.
• Should aware of the lean system and tools (VSM,3P etc).
