Role PurposeTo provide backend execution, tele-sales support, and system enablement to the Sales team, ensuring smooth shipment execution, customer coordination, and service reliability for AMD and BOM stations.Key ResponsibilitiesBackend Execution Support: Manage post-booking execution, space follow-ups, upliftment, and coordination with stations and HQ teams.Tele-Sales & Customer Engagement: Support sales via tele-sales, rate sharing, follow-ups, and customer reactivation.Escalation & Issue Management: Handle shipment delays, irregularities, and customer escalations.System Learning & Customer Training: Learn Teleport core systems and train customers on system usage.Shipment Acceptance & Compliance: Coordinate shipment acceptance approvals and SOP adherence.Key Requirements3–6 years experience in air cargo/logistics.Experience in backend sales support or tele-sales.Strong communication and coordination skills.Why this role is criticalThis is a backfill role required to maintain service stability, protect revenue, and support AMD’s high-frequency operations and BOM growth.
