The ideal candidate will be showcasing following responsibilities and skills.Responsibilities for customer Support (Females only)
  • Help users with queries and issues related to the product.
  • Identify and resolve product-related issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Ensure all support requests are handled on time and meet quality standards.
  • Learn in-depth about the product and its features (Training will be provided).
  • Provide step-by-step guidance to users and document all interactions.
  • Work closely with the Product Sale and Development teams to report issues and suggest improvements.
Responsibilities for Sales Executive: (Males and Females both can apply)
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Presenting products or services to potential clients and negotiating deals to close sales.
  • Meeting or exceeding sales quotas and targets.
  • Possessing in-depth knowledge of the products or services being sold.
Required Skill Set:
  • Good Communication & Listening Skills Understand user concerns and explain solutions clearly.
  • Problem-Solving Skills Quickly analyze issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Basic Computer Knowledge Comfortable using computers, online tools, and troubleshooting minor issues (Training will be provided).
  • Time Management & Multitasking Handle multiple user queries efficiently.
  • Teamwork & Coordination Work well with developers and other teams to improve the product.
  • Quick Learner & Adaptable Stay updated with the latest changes and apply them when needed.
