Festivals From India is looking for a Programmes & Partnerships Manager to lead the design and delivery of initiatives that strengthen the arts and culture ecosystem in India. This role is focused on driving community building within the creative sector through thoughtful programming, strategic partnerships, and well-executed events for its IPs such as Creative Careers Hub and CultureCon.The ideal candidate is someone who can think strategically, execute independently, and close loops efficiently, balancing big-picture vision with on-ground delivery.

  • The vetting process for this role comprises 2-3 rounds of interviews and may be followed by a brief assignment.
  • This is an on-site, full-time position based in Mumbai.
  • Salary band for this role is available upon request.
Requirements Essential Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Arts Management, Cultural Studies, Humanities, Social Sciences, or related fieldsProficiency with Gsuite, ExcelFamiliarity with CMS platforms such as Asana, AirtableEssential Experience:At least 4-6 years of experience in arts management, cultural programming, events, and partnerships.Experience working with or engaging universities, youth communities, or early-career professionals is a strong plus.Prior experience in working for a structured company or organisation.Key Personal Attributes & Skills:Excellent communication and relationship-building skillsAbility to work independently with little or no daily supervisionAn effective team worker who shows initiative and takes ownership of the roleStrong interpersonal skills and willingness to communicate with clients, colleagues, and managementProblem-solving mindset with a hands-on approach to troubleshootingGood time management skills, including prioritising, scheduling, and adapting as necessaryPassion for arts and culture – experience and understanding of cultural festivals is a big plus
