Are you ready to bring the right energy to Petrofac and help us deliver a better future for everyone JOB TITLE: Sr. Piping Designer (PDMS/E3D Tool Experience Mandatory) Key Responsibilities: Extensive use of E3D as 3D modeling tool for Oil and Gas Projects Develop initial bill of material, prepare technical layouts and drawings for Project/Proposal. Produce plot plan, equipment layout, Nozzle orientation and piping plan. Perform Material Take-off (MTO) activities and provide necessary details for Procurement activities. Develop 3D model (PDMS) with study of piping connected to Pump, Process Column, Heat Exchange, Air-cooler, compressor etc. Implementation of Design Change Notice (DCN) with proper close-out. Prepare inputs for civil engineering including identification of rack locations, foundations, access platforms, underground services, pipe supports, structures for elevated equipment and other piping layout requirements. Interdisciplinary coordination. Control, coordinate change using change control procedure. Review of AFC isometrics wrt P & ID, supports and stress analysis. Experience in upstream oil & gas FEED projects Should have sufficient knowledge and skill to create plant layout for FEED Projects. Ability to read P&ID and create E3D Model. Knowledge of PMS (piping material specification) and piping design basis. Ability to drive the 3D Model review with the client Good communication skills in English. Essential Qualifications and Skills Associate degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Diploma/Certificate in Mechanical Draftsmanship with a minimum of 10+ years of related oil & gas/petrochemical experience. Should have experience in E3D Draft and AutoCAD Must have 7+ Years of Experience Specifically PDMS / E3D Software Tool. Note: Candidate should be available to take the tool test in Petrofac premises (Chennai, Mumbai or Gurugam )
