➢ Sourcing & development of components
➢ Implement cost save projects as per the annual target plan.
➢ Float RFQ, analyze quote, techno commercial negotiation, establishing contracts.

➢ Manage RM inflation & deflation.
➢ Drive VAVE, supplier rationalization, process optimization for better cost
➢ Supplier capacity management to ensure uninterrupted supplies.

➢ Supplier Monitoring, evaluate risk, and develop countermeasures.
