As Finance&Admin, you will be responsible for managing accounts, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. You will also play a key role in payroll, tax submissions, and financial forecasting to support business growth. The position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with other teams. It is a full-time, remote role that provides flexibility while making a significant impact on organizational efficiency and decision-making.AccountabilitiesAs Finance&Admin, you will:
  • Prepare full sets of accounts, including accounts payable and receivable.
  • Create and manage financial reports such as income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Conduct financial forecasting to support strategic business planning.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date financial records and reconcile bank statements.
  • Provide data analysis and actionable recommendations to improve business performance.
  • Assist with tax returns and submissions, including AIS filings.
  • Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
RequirementsThe ideal candidate will bring solid financial knowledge, problem-solving abilities, and strong organizational skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a finance or administrative role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting practices and standards.
  • Proficiency with financial software and systems.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Independent and proactive mindset, with ability to work remotely.
