- In-depth knowledge of various cuisines, including Italian, Mediterranean, International, Western, and Indian
- Strong leadership and management skills

- Attention to detail and creativity in food presentation
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Culinary degree or certification is preferred
- Assist the Head Chef in planning and directing food preparation and culinary activities
- Supervise the kitchen staff and ensure a high level of productivity and efficiency
- Maintain quality control and food safety standards throughout the kitchen
- Manage inventory and order ingredients and supplies as necessary
- Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop new menu items and recipes
- Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff
- Ensure that all dishes are prepared and presented according to the company's standards
- Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the kitchen area
- Handle any kitchen-related issues or emergencies
- Stay up-to-date with culinary trends and innovations
