SAP - Process Consultant (Cross-Module)Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra, IndiaReporting To: Sr. Manager - SAP ERPRole SummaryWe are seeking a process-oriented SAP Functional Consultant to own and optimize critical business processes across the retail value chain. This role demands a strong problem solver and business-facing consultant who can coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams—merchandising, supply chain, store operations, and ecommerce. The ideal candidate will simplify processes for business users, explain solutions clearly, and enable seamless collaboration between business and technical teams. With deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA (MM, SD), ABAP debugging, and integration with WMS and third-party systems, this individual will drive process efficiency, ensure robust system support, and deliver smooth omnichannel operations.Key Responsibilities

Partner with business teams to identify pain points, map processes, and deliver solutions.
Own SAP S/4HANA MM & SD processes—procurement, inventory, logistics, and order management.
Resolve system issues, manage change requests, and coordinate ABAP-based enhancements.
Ensure smooth integrations between SAP, WMS, POS, marketplaces, and logistics platforms.
Troubleshoot data and system mismatches; oversee interface and exception handling.
Provide end-user support, training, and documentation to drive adoption and compliance.
Champion continuous improvement, data quality, and retail process governance.

Key Requirements

Bachelor’s in Business, IT, Supply Chain, or related field.
5+ years’ hands-on SAP S/4HANA experience (MM & SD).
Strong exposure to retail processes and WMS/3rd party system integrations.
Working knowledge of ABAP for functional debugging.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Analytical, proactive, and solution-driven with a process-first mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in omnichannel/ecommerce retail.
SAP S/4HANA certification (MM/SD).
Knowledge of retail master data, pricing, promotions, and warehouse operations.
Familiarity with SAP integration (IDOC, BAPI, API).
