The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to international markets, with a proven track record in market development and strategic partnerships.Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute international sales and marketing strategies.
Identify and expand into new global markets and customer segments.
Manage relationships with overseas distributors, agents, and key accounts.
Handle export pricing, negotiations, contracts, and documentation.
Represent the organization in international exhibitions and client meetings.
Collaborate with production, quality, and logistics teams to ensure seamless order execution.
Drive revenue growth and achieve international sales targets.

Qualifications & Experience

B.Tech in Chemical Engineering / M.Sc. in Chemistry / Industrial Chemistry
8 10 years of experience in International Sales & Marketing
Mandatory experience in Chemical / Mineral Raw Materials industry
Exposure to Paints, Coatings, Paper, or Upstream Oil & Gas sectors will be an added advantage
Strong communication, negotiation, and market development skills
