- Manage service and operation for Corporate Salary Location/Zone
- Managing the account activation process. Monitoring the rejections and ensuring time resolution of issues
- Responsible for ensuring that all auditable points are recorded and maintained as per the process.
- Responsible for the location's Net Promoter Score (NPS), taking corrective measure to ensure NPS target achieved month on month.
- Creation/ resolution of SR's and management of customer issues in Siebel. SR's need to be resolved within TAT.
- Addressing complaint and escalations received at Grievance redressal desk/ Nodal officer
- Responsible for moving corporates to Net IT platform for automations of salary uploads.
- Ensuring that mails coming from corporates are handled promptly
- Handling of TOP 25 corporates with a relationship of more than 5 crores. Visiting the corporates with Service officer or sales team.
- Needs to remain in touch with the corporate KDMs/ Key people to help them in service issues/ coordinate salary upload
- Good communication and problem-solving skills

- Graduate with 3-5 years of relevant experience (in Corporate/Institutional Sales preferred)
