- Qualification & Experience · BA/BS/Bcom/MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in Note Taker (Finance/Tax/Treasury Domain)
- Roles and Responsibilities · To ensure notes are clear and comprehensive.
- Candidate must be having fast and accurate typing skill.
- Candidate must be having legible handwriting, accurate spelling and the ability to extract all relevant information from the calls/discussions.
- Record detailed and organized notes in real-time, ensuring that important information, action items, and discussions are documented effectively
- Pay close attention to spoken information during meetings and events to capture key points accurately
- Provide prompt delivery of finalized notes to relevant stakeholders, ensuring that deadlines are consistently met
- Summarize lengthy discussions or presentations into concise and comprehensible notes without losing the essence of the information
- Work closely with team members to understand specific requirements for note-taking and adapt to varied meeting styles and formats
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and adhere to confidentiality guidelines when dealing with proprietary or confidential content.
