Presently operating in East India, the company caters to interior designers, architects, and small retailers. It's intends to expand into Eastern India by establishing experience centers/warehouses through organic or franchise-based growth strategies. The company enjoys support from top-tier funds such as Beenext, Sparrow, and Veda VC. About the Role: Inventory Planner SKU-Level Inventory Planning: Strategically plan SKU quantities based on overall sales estimates, leveraging historical sales data across multiple categories and brands in the retail store. Manage Multiple Warehouses: Devise SKU-level inventory plans for various warehouses and implement a hub-and-spoke model for efficient inventory movement between master depots and sub-depots. Inventory Tracking Systems: Lead the development and deployment of inventory tracking systems to streamline inventory control tasks, enhancing operational efficiency. SKU Evaluation and Portfolio Optimization: Continuously assess and refine the SKU portfolio by eliminating slow-moving and less profitable items while integrating high-margin SKUs. Collaborative Communication: Work closely with sales, marketing, and procurement teams to synchronize inventory strategies with market demands and promotional activities. Inventory Optimization: Implement strategies to enhance inventory turnover, minimize carrying costs, and mitigate stockouts while maintaining optimal stock levels. Qualifications Extensive experience in inventory planning within multi-category/multi-brand retail outlets such as Big Bazaar, Lifestyle, Shopper's Stop, etc. Demonstrated leadership and team management skills. Proficiency in data-driven decision-making, defining KPIs, and effectively monitoring and tracking performance indicators. Minimum of 5 years of overall professional experience. Education from Tier 1 colleges. Compensation Open to negotiation, including the inclusion of an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) allocation.
