They shall also seek to identify sales opportunities and generate repeat business while working on assignment. What You Will Do Define and Issue Guidelines for Dimensioning and Capacity Planning - IN consultation with Technical Solutions Lead the team in delivering IN Network Performance and Design review services. Monitoring of Network Performance to remain within set KPI's and Utilization. Give technical support to Sales, Marketing, Project managers, O&M and the Customer Participate in customer projects, handling scope, risks, changes and Customer expectations Identify new business opportunities Responsible for SLA adherence with interface departments and customer. Adapt to new technologies. To Manage and control operational resources and costs Customer Happiness & CSI Score KPI monitoring and sign off for Reward/Penalty You will bring Successful track record and strong background in large-scale Ericsson IN network operational organizations. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work in a matrix organization with a split between line and functional responsibility.
