The ideal professional brings strong expertise in Adobe InDesign, PowerPoint, typography, data visualization, and proposal storytelling, with the ability to transform complex bid content into persuasive, executive-ready deliverables. Exposure to fast-paced RFP cycles, stakeholder collaboration, and brand-led visual communication is essential.Location: Bangalore / PuneYour Future Employer: A globally established organization known for its high-visibility proposal ecosystem and strong global business enablement framework, offering exposure to strategic international bids and enterprise-level stakeholders.Responsibilities: * Leading end-to-end design of high-impact RFPs, proposals, and client pitch materials.

Creating compelling layouts, typography systems, infographics, and data-driven visual narratives.
Designing custom PowerPoint and Adobe InDesign presentations aligned with bid strategy.
Collaborating closely with sales leaders, proposal managers, SMEs, and leadership teams.
Managing multiple concurrent RFPs while ensuring speed, precision, and quality.
Conducting final quality reviews for formatting consistency and executive-ready outputs.
Mentoring junior designers and driving best practices in proposal storytelling.
Improving design workflows, turnaround time, and visual consistency standards.

Requirements: * 8+ years of experience in RFP, proposal, bid, and presentation design.

Prior exposure to insurance, BFSI, consulting, or shared services/GCC environments.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign, PowerPoint, Illustrator, Photoshop, and MS Office.
Strong expertise in visual hierarchy, typography, iconography, charts, and brand systems.
Proven experience in handling tight-deadline, high-stakes bid cycles.
Strong portfolio in business presentations, proposals, and executive communication design.
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or related field.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and quality review capability.
