Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HVAC Design Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional expertise in VRF (Variable Refrigerant Flow) designing and a proven ability to effectively manage a team of 10 or more design engineers. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design team in developing innovative HVAC solutions, with a primary focus on VRF systems. Manage and oversee all aspects of the design process, from concept development to final implementation. Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations in all design projects. Collaborate closely with other departments, including engineering, sales, and project management, to deliver comprehensive solutions that meet client requirements. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to design engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
