UI/UX Designer Role, EXL Service, Noida Exp: 5 years to 7 years Job Location: Noida Job description - Basic Functions Work on understanding the business requirements and propose UX design Create wireframes designs by use of tools like Axure and Balsamiq Collaborate with Onshore and Offshore teams for business and functional requirements, sprint coordination and other delivery related requirements In-depth knowledge of UI/UX fundamentals Essential Functions Should possess around 5+ years of professional experience with interaction and visual design for software user interface Willingness to investigate UI/UX issues in depth to generate solutions Experience with conceptual design and create prototypes as well as tactical UI design Profound experience with interaction and visual design of mobile (web and native app) initiatives & responsive design principles Experience crafting specs for UI deliverables, including UI states and behaviours Ability to quickly analyse UI/UX across platforms to identify the best methods for integration Experience with project tracking systems such as Jira, Confluence, etc. Adept with Creative Cloud tools, including Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator Knowledge for front-end application debugging and optimization techniques Strong expertise with technical platforms and teams (i.e. HTML.
