As a company, we prioritize empowering individuals through education and skill development.Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Human Resources Internship in The Entrepreneurship Network. As a part of the HR team, you will contribute to the overall success of the company by assisting in various HR functions. This is an unpaid position, ideal for freshers looking to gain valuable experience in the field of HR.Qualifications and Skills
  • A strong passion for pursuing a career in Human Resources.
  • Basic knowledge of HR principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
  • Leadership skills to effectively work in a team.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Prior experience or internship in HR is a plus.
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, reviewing resumes, and conducting initial screenings.
  • Support the onboarding process of new employees, including the completion of paperwork and orientation.
  • Assist in maintaining employee records, such as attendance, leave, and personal information.
  • Coordinate and organize training programs for employees.
  • Contribute to the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist in resolving employee queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support in conducting performance evaluations and providing constructive feedback to employees.
  • Assist in organizing company events and employee engagement activities.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in HR to suggest improvements and innovative solutions.
Duration: 3 Months.Stipend: Unpaid.Perks & Benefit:
  • Practical work experience with dynamic team work by doing practical projects.

*NOTE: Althoug this internship is unpaid for 3 Months but based on our performance metric we can extend internship tenure and also we have performance based Incentive option as well.
