Gender: MaleKey Responsibilities:Perform calibration and verification of mechanical, electrical, and dimensional measuring instruments (e.g., micrometers, calipers, pressure gauges, temperature sensors, multimeters).
Maintain calibration schedules and ensure timely recalibration of all critical instruments.
Document calibration results and generate detailed calibration certificates and reports.
Identify and troubleshoot instrument performance issues and coordinate necessary repairs or replacements.
Ensure calibration procedures comply with ISO/IEC 17025, ISO 9001, or relevant regulatory standards.
Manage calibration records and maintain traceability to national/international standards.
Support internal and external audits by providing calibration data and documentation.
Collaborate with production, maintenance, and quality teams to ensure measurement accuracy and reliability.
Recommend improvements in calibration processes and equipment to enhance precision and efficiency.Notes:
