- Experience in developing and customizing ServiceNow ITSM modules, with a focus on Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
- Proficiency in implementing and configuring ServiceNow Discovery to populate and update the CMDB.
- Strong understanding of ITIL principles, particularly Configuration Management and its relation to ITSM.
- Experience with ServiceNow scripting (e.g., Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts) to enhance CMDB functionalities.
- Ability to create dashboards and reports to provide insights into CMDB data and health.
- Knowledge of best practices for maintaining and optimizing CMDB data integrity and accuracy.
- Familiarity with integrations between ServiceNow and other systems to ensure data consistency within the CMDB.
- Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve issues related to CMDB data and configuration.
- Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with performance tuning and optimization of ServiceNow applications.
