1. Deployment of MES in multiple biopharma production facilities.
2. Design and test electronic batch records as per business process requirements.
3. Handle activities related to data historian, L2 integration, IT and OT networking, IT-OT integration.
4. Assess and bring tools for digital manufacturing like OEE, advanced process control, energy monitoring, predictive maintenance, digital tracking/dashboards etc.
5. Evaluate and set-up/maintenance of data pipelines and data management systems (Azure or other platforms).
6. Identify, analyze, and implement innovative solutions including AI/ML and advanced/predictive analytics in manufacturing operations.
7. Collaborate with CFT's including IT to bring digital tools to digitize production processes, connect and use IOT data and enable data science solutions.
8. Experience in development of small solutions for data handling and visualization.
9. Experience in data management using SQL, timeseries and other formats.
10. Automation knowledge for recipe handling; Siemens PCS7, ABB DCS, CCP, Unicorn, Bio SCADA, and other platforms
11. Familiar with ISA 88 and ISA 95 manufacturing standards.
12. Play key role in integration of MES with other enterprise systems; LIMS, Trackwise, E-Log, IQMS, SAP and other operations/production systems etc.,
13. Complying with EHS policies.
14. Complying with cGMP as per SOP, batch records and protocols.
