Job Purpose: The primary objective of this position is to drive client acquisition and enhance engagement with existing clients by delivering comprehensive financial planning solutions aligned with their risk and reward preferences while meeting branch revenue targets. Key Responsibilities: Expand client base and boost engagement with existing clients through tailored financial planning solutions. Conduct daily sales calls to potential clients, assessing their needs, and recommending suitable schemes based on their requirements and objectives. Maintain consistent follow-ups with leads, utilizing broadcast messages and sharing relevant articles. Grow client database by networking with new clients and leveraging referrals from existing ones, thereby increasing Assets Under Management (AUM) and Assets Under Advisory (AUA) for the branch. Regularly review and diversify existing client portfolios, providing guidance to achieve their financial goals across various product lines. Cross-sell products to existing clients, keeping them informed about primary and secondary market trends. Stay updated on all schemes, products, and solutions through ongoing training sessions. Communicate regularly with clients, sharing organizational information, research insights, and relevant materials. Collaborate with regional marketing and product teams to conduct marketing activities, showcasing products, and features to generate leads. Achieving Revenue Targets: Ensure revenue meets or exceeds set targets within the review period. Share daily business data with the branch client service officer for streamlined operations. Promote and encourage high utilization of digital platforms, adhering to organizational ethics.
