We?ve helped thousands of students already, but we know the journey can still be confusing, overwhelming, and, well... full of too many tabs.That?s where you come in.We?re looking for a�Product Manager�to take our customer experience to the next level. Someone who?s part builder, part tinkerer ? and not afraid to ask,�?Wait, why are we still doing this manually??What this role is all aboutRoughly 60% of your time will go into improving how students move through our site:
  • You?ll own the front-end experience and help make the journey from first visit to application as smooth as possible.
  • You?ll work closely with the SEO, design, and content teams to make sure we?re not just visible ? but valuable.
  • You?ll look at user data, talk to real users, and prioritize what needs fixing, improving, or rethinking.
The other 40% will focus on�new, AI-powered ideas:
  • Think smart tools that guide students like a mini counselor in their pocket.
  • Or workflows that help our real counselors spend less time on repetitive stuff and more time where they?re needed.
  • We?re not chasing buzzwords here ? just thoughtful, useful applications of�GenAI�that can actually make a difference.
What we?d love to see
  • You?ve been a PM for a couple of years and have shipped stuff that real users use.
  • You?ve worked on customer-facing products ? ideally websites that needed to rank on Google�and�convert.
  • You?re not an AI expert, but you?re curious and eager to build with tools like GPT or�LangChain.
  • You ask questions, you talk to users, and you don?t wait around for perfect answers before testing an idea.
Nice-to-haves (but not deal-breakers)
  • Experience in�edtech, student platforms, or marketplaces.
  • Played around with tools like GA4,�Metabase, or even basic SQL.
  • Dabbled in no-code tools like Retool,�Webflow,�Zapier, etc.
