Job RequirementsRole/Job Title: Senior Corporate Social Responsibility ManagerFunction/Department: Corporate Social ResponsibilityJob Purpose:IDFC FIRST Bank is looking to hire a CSR Manager who will be responsible for developing, planning, and executing initiatives in line with the company’s community development efforts. The incumbent will also work closely with various departments to drive and manage volunteering activities that contribute towards building a culture of doing social good and being responsible towards our communities on-ground.Roles & Responsibilities:· End-to-end management of CSR impact communication· Strategy building with agency for impact communications.· Vendor management to ensure creation of assets in a timely manner.· Ideating for digital campaigns on a need-to basis· Managing ad-hoc strategic programs· Designing and executing CSR programs, managing partnerships with impact partners· Monitoring and evaluation of programs portfolio periodically – ensuring all partners are working according to plan and delivering on milestones.· Staying up to date, conducting relevant research and trends in the areas of focus and promoting best practices and evidence-based implementation· Driving employee volunteering initiatives in coordination with internal stakeholders· Report and content writing for the Bank's annual report, website, social media, and other communication collaterals· Driving budget and monitoring spending to deliver results in line with planned objectives.· Conducting social audits / field visitsEducation:Graduation in any discipline.Postgraduation in any discipline.Experience:5 to 10 years of total experience, with prior experience working in the CSR division of a large corporationSkills & Competencies:· Experience in leading CSR/development sector communication campaigns· Understanding of social media mediums· Knowledge of rules and regulations governing CSR and best practices· Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills· Proven effectiveness in driving complex multi-stakeholder planning processes.· Ability to incorporate feedback from communities served.· Strong English communication and people skills· Ability to distil complex information into simple messages tailored for the audience.· Multilingual proficiency in at least two regional languages (preferred)· Willingness to travel frequently.
