Job Description:We are seeking an Application Developer to design, build, and configure applications that align with business process and application requirements. In this role, you will collaborate with team members to understand project needs, develop innovative solutions, and ensure that applications are optimized for performance and user experience. Your responsibilities will include engaging in problem-solving discussions, contributing to project success, and ensuring that applications align with business objectives and user expectations.Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become a Subject Matter Expert (SME).

Active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Provide solutions to work-related problems.

Assist in the documentation of application processes and workflows.

Engage in code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Solid experience in React.js.

Proficiency in Next.js with page router and experience in getStaticProps and getServerSideProps.

Strong expertise in React.js with functional components, useEffect, usestate, usecontext, and custom hooks concepts.

Experience in React State management using old Redux and newer Redux Toolkit.

Understanding and experience with webpack and babel configurations.

Proficiency in CSS.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in React.js.

A 15-year full-time education is required.
