Job Description: As a Sales Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, developing strategic sales plans, and nurturing relationships to achieve sales targets. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding exhibition solutions. Responsibilities: Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients within the target market. Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and online research. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Understand client needs and requirements to offer tailored exhibition solutions. Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets. Identify opportunities for business growth and expansion within the exhibition industry. Collaborate with the sales team and management to optimize sales strategies and tactics. Sales Presentations and Negotiations: Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients. Effectively communicate the value proposition of our exhibition solutions. Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts to secure sales agreements. Market Research and Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments. Analyze market data to identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation. Sales Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities using CRM software. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to sales documentation. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the exhibition or events industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. Willingness to travel as needed.
