Senior Software Engineer - UEFI/BIOS DeveloperThe Software Engineering team delivers next-generation application enhancements and new products for a changing world. Working at the cutting edge, we design and develop software for platforms, peripherals, applications and diagnostics — all with the most advanced technologies, tools, software engineering methodologies and the collaboration of internal and external partners.What you’ll achieve
As a Software Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in developing scalable software solutions for the enterprise client line of business (eg. Laptops, Workstations, Desktops etc.). You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products.You will:

Design, develop and deliver the UEFI(BIOS) applications , Drivers and operation system based client software applications.
Troubleshoot and debug issues in production environments, ensuring timely resolution and minimal downtime.
Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies, contributing to continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
Take part in the full software development life cycle including development, test, continuous delivery, and issues fixes.
Be an active member of an agile team, collaboratively realizing features through design development, test and delivery

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
6 to 10 years of experience in software development with a strong focus on designing and implementing UEFI based applications, drivers and software applications.
Strong Programming skills on C, Go and Python and ability to develop low level designs for firmware and software applications/solutions.
In depth knowledge about UEFI architecture and Operating system architecture.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities

Desirable Requirements

Familiar with Test Automation technologies and CICD pipelines implementation.
Knowledge about networking protocols like WebSocket and HTTP.
