This role requires close coordination withinternal teams, strong project management skills, and a results-focused approach to ensurecampaigns go live on time and deliver impact.Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the merchant onboarding team to execute offers across eligible existingmerchants.- Align with merchant team stakeholders to identify, verify, and finalize the list of merchants foreach campaign.- Coordinate with the design team to obtain creatives and ensure accuracy in deployment.- Oversee deployment activities, ensuring timely execution across all identified merchantlocations.- Track campaign deployment progress and prepare regular status reports for stakeholders.- Identify and escalate any bottlenecks to ensure smooth execution of offers.- Maintain comprehensive records of deployments for audit and performance analysis.Skills That Will Help You Succeed- 4-5 years of experience in sales ops, Program Management, Campaign execution- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic reporting tools.- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.Education: Any Graduate or MBA is preferred.Why join us: A collaborative output-driven program that brings cohesiveness acrossbusinesses through technology.
