We are looking for a well-groomed, smart, and professional candidate to manage our front office and oversee day-to-day administration. This role requires excellent communication, organizational skills, and the ability to confidently manage both guest relations and office support staff.Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees with a professional approach.
- Manage reception desk, including phone calls, couriers, and visitor entries.
- Maintain a welcoming reception and office environment.
- Supervise housekeeping staff, janitors, and security guards.
- Coordinate with HR/Admin teams for meetings, events, and logistics.
- Ensure timely availability of office supplies and facilities upkeep.
- Liaise with vendors and service providers for office requirements.
- Handle basic administrative documentation and reporting.
- Prior experience in hospitality, corporate offices, or facility management preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well-groomed, professional, and customer-service oriented.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
