- 6+ years of experience in Salesforce CPQ
- Understanding of SFDC functionality with emphasis on CPQ Related objects in Sales Cloud
- Understanding of Quote to Cash Process.
- Design and configure Salesforce CPQ to support product configuration, pricing, quoting and contract management processes.
- Develop and maintain Salesforce CPQ functionality including price rules, product rules, approval rules, product bundling and discounting structures.
- Conduct testing, troubleshooting and bug fixing to make sure accuracy of Salesforce CPQ solutions.
- Understanding of SFDC Admin functionality which includes object management, security model, FLS, Lightning App Builder, Lightning, Flows, Validation Rules, Workflow rules and Process Builders, Reports and Dashboards.
- Analyze CPQ cases ,user feedback and current implementations and identify scope of process improvement.
- Coordinate with cross functional teams like deal desk , BSA, and dev team to fix issues.
- Good to have Salesforce certified Admin /PD1 certification and knowledge on APEX.
- Should have SFDC admin experience and hands on experience with Validation Rules, Workflows, Flows , Process builders.
