Each day, you will execute assigned activities as per ABB standard procedures. Executing purchasing and logistics strategies to support the business by optimizing costs, quality, and reliability of suppliers and supplied products.
Designing and implementing plans and effective strategies for local sourcing of products/materials to reach business targets.
Supporting in implementing effective local sourcing strategies in line with business strategy to meet current and future business requirements.
Applying and implementing procurement standards, tools, and processes in your area of responsibility to secure quality, delivery, cost, and sustainability.

You are immersed in our procurement team in switchgear industry
You have 5 to 7 years of experience in Procurement and Sourcing of Transformers, Fabrication, Meters, FRTU (Feder Remote Terminal Unit) and CT PT
You have hands on experience in understand requirements from engineering team, floating enquiries to the supplier in the category, preparing offer and competitive statements, Discussing the requirement with supplier on Technical ground and finalization of orders
Possess an enhanced knowledge of SAP
Degree in Electrical engineering (should be full-time)
You are at ease communicating in English
