- Develop and manage strong relationships with retailers and farmers in the
- Conduct field visits, product demonstrations, and farmer engagement sessions
- Expand and strengthen the retail and distribution network
- Execute on-ground sales and promotional activities
- Ensure timely achievement of sales targets and report performance periodically
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
- Coordinate with internal teams for inventory, supply chain, and marketing
Andhra Pradesh & Telangana (AP + Tel):
- Coastal Andhra (HQ: Godavari): Guntur, Krishna, Godavari, Khammam
- Rayalaseema (HQ: Madanapalli): Tirupati, Chittoor
- Erode/Namakkal Belt: Coimbatore, Erode, Namakkal, Salem
- Hosur, Krishnagiri
- Minimum 2–4 years of sales experience in Seeds, Fertilizers, or Pesticides,
- Must have regional exposure to the listed locations
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and travel extensively in the assigned area
- Educational background in Agriculture or a related field is preferred
- Must have experience in handling sales and channel management.
