Deliver DevOps automation projects to our global clients by managing offshore implementation teams, collaborating with dev and ops client teams, and setting the right expectations with stakeholders.

Promote the reuse of the technology and processes by contributing to the tools that enable internal process automation and improve team skills.

Help in sales engineering activities such as understanding client needs and proposing solutions, implementing PoC, defining the scope of work, and arriving at estimates.

Guide team members with day-to-day activities and train them on new technologies/tools/frameworks.

Keep abreast of the latest trends and technologies in DevOps and introduce new service offerings from the DevOps COE.

Required Skills

5+ years of hands-on experience in independently handling deployment automation projects using IaC, Configuration management, Orchestration, containerization, and CI/CD automation tools.

AWS DevOps professional certification and Linux Admin background is a must.

Through understanding and hands-on skills in at least four of these tools - (Terraform, CloudFormation), (Ansible, Chef, Puppet), (Kubernetes, OpenShift, AWS EKS), Docker Images, Volumes, Secrets, Jenkins, AWS Code Pipeline

Good understanding of networking, security rules, firewalls, WAF, API gateways, and auto-scaling principles

Hands on experience managing production alerts (Analyse, Debug, Fix) using monitoring tools like New Relic, CloudWatch, Data Dog.

Exposure to AWS resources - computing, databases, storage, IAM, messaging, serverless, and discount schemes is a plus.

Programming or scripting experience in PowerShell, Bash, Python, or SQL is a plus.
