What you'll be doing:

Install, configure, and maintain Windows servers, including file, print, application, and database servers.
Monitor system performance and troubleshooting issues to ensure optimum performance.
Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and other core infrastructure services.
Apply operating system patches, updates, and configuration changes.
Manage and maintain virtualization platforms (e.g., Azure, VMware, Hyper-V).
Ensure system security through access controls, firewalls, and antivirus/antimalware tools.
Maintain documentation for system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guidelines.
Collaborate with IT team members and other departments to implement and support new technologies.
Monitor and respond to system alerts and outages, including participation in on-call rotation.

What you likely bring:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
3+ years of experience in server administration.
Strong knowledge of Windows Server and/ understanding Linux distributions (RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu).
Experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy management.
Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as Microsoft Azure, VMware vSphere or Microsoft Hyper-V.
Understanding of networking fundamentals and system security best practices.
Experience with scripting and automation tools (PowerShell, Bash, etc.) is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
