This will include sourcing talent while educating them about ๏ปฟthe concept of equity-based compensation (receiving company shares instead of salary), managing HR operations, supporting employee engagement initiatives, and ensuring a great workplace environment that aligns with our vision of social empowerment.RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across technical and non-technical role
- Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain and update HR records and employee databases
- Support the performance management process
- Coordinate employee engagement and welfare initiatives
- Manage payroll inputs, leave management, and attendance systems
- Assist in creating and updating HR policies and procedures
- Handle basic grievance management and provide support for employee concerns
- Promote our organization's mission-driven culture and enhance employee satisfaction
- Support internal training & development initiatives focused on professional upskilling and employability
- HR Process Optimization & Technology (HRIS, ATS, LMS)
- Workforce Analytics & People Dashboards
- Performance Management Systems & OKRs

- Compliance in Global HR (GDPR, EEO, etc.)

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3+ years of relevant HR experience in ๏ปฟprimarily Recruitment along with Operations๏ปฟ
