- Baseline Configuration:
- Perform hands-on configuration of core SD components, including Enterprise Structure (Sales Organization, Distribution Channel, Division), Item category and schedule lines, sales returns, credit/debit note and Master Data (Business Partner, Material Master).
- SD Process Flow:
- Manage and optimize the Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycle, covering quotations, sales order processing, shipping, delivery, and billing.
- Functional Specifications:
- Draft detailed Functional Specification (FS) documents for RICEFW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows) to guide technical ABAP developers.
- S/4HANA Support:
- Assist in S/4HANA "Greenfield" implementations or system conversions, applying S/4HANA simplifications like Business Partner (BP) and FSCM Credit Management.
- Testing & Documentation:
- Execute unit testing, Integration Testing (SIT), and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Maintain comprehensive configuration documents and user manuals.
- Cross-Module Integration:
- Collaborate with teams in MM (Materials Management), FI (Finance), and PP (Production Planning) to ensure seamless process integration.
SAP SD Certification is advantageSkill (Functional & Behavioural): Familiarity with S/4HANA architecture, SAP-SD module, and the SAP Activate methodology. Basic understanding of condition techniques for pricing and output determination along with SD base line configuration. Strong analytical troubleshooting abilities and the capacity to explain complex system logic to non-technical business users.
