Company: Helium Solar Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our banking team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, sales, and relationship management, with a focus on acquiring and expanding business opportunities within the banking sector. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to drive growth and profitability for our banking institution. Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve growth targets and expand the bank's customer base. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting and acquiring new clients, businesses, and partnerships. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored banking solutions. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including product development, marketing, and operations teams, to develop and launch new products and services. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive threats, and opportunities for growth in the banking sector. Prepare and present proposals, presentations, and pitches to prospective clients, highlighting the bank's products, services, and value proposition. Negotiate and finalize business agreements, contracts, and pricing terms with clients, ensuring alignment with the bank's objectives and profitability targets. Monitor and evaluate performance metrics, including sales targets, revenue growth, client satisfaction, and market share, and take corrective actions as needed. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in banking and business development. Mentor and coach junior team members, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance. Requirements: Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) and Master of Commerce (M. Com) or related field. Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or relationship management roles within the banking or financial services industry. Strong understanding of banking products and services, including retail banking, corporate banking, wealth management, and lending. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and colleagues. Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Results-oriented mindset, with a focus on driving revenue growth and achieving targets. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a collaborative and customer-centric approach. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software. Relevant certifications or professional qualifications in banking or business development are a plus.
