Job Description:This role is for one of the Weekday's clientsSalary range: Rs 1200000 - Rs 1500000 (ie INR 12-15 LPA)Min Experience: 6 yearsLocation: NCR, NOIDA, GurugramJobType: full-timeWe are looking for an experienced Lead Engineer - Full Stack to design, develop, and scale next-generation applications while working closely with our AI team to integrate cutting-edge technologies. This is a high-impact leadership position that combines hands-on development with mentoring responsibilities.Requirements:Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable full-stack applications using Node.js, Next.js, and React.js.
Collaborate with AI teams to integrate machine learning models and algorithms into web applications.
Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
Ensure technical feasibility of UI/UX designs while optimizing performance and scalability.
Lead code reviews, enforce best practices, and maintain coding standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to performance, scalability, and security.
Stay updated with emerging technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices.
Mentor and guide junior developers while actively contributing to technical decision-making.

Required QualificationsExperience:

6-8 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development or technical leadership.

Education:

B.Tech/B.E. in any specialization from a recognized institution.

Technical Skills:

Strong proficiency in Node.js and React.js.
Experience with Next.js framework.
Solid understanding of SQL databases and concepts.
Expertise in RESTful API design and integration.
Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Proficiency in Git and version control workflows.
Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and microservices architecture.
Experience with testing frameworks and methodologies.
Understanding of AI tools (Cursor, GitHub Copilot) and prior exposure to AI-integrated applications.
Awareness of web application security best practices.

Preferred Skills & Experience

Proven experience in leading technical teams or resources.
Background in fast-paced startup environments.
Ability to act as a bridge between engineering and product teams, including customer-facing interactions.
Experience mentoring junior engineers and freshers.
