Safety Support

• Inspects the site to ensure it is a hazard-free environment
• Reviews all contractor/subcontractors safety plans
• Promotes safe practices at the job site
• Traffic Safety Management as per IRC norms
• Road Traffic incident management
• Enforces safety guidelines
• Arrange for firefighting training and mock drills for all employees as per statutory guidelines
• Trains and carries out drills and exercises on how to manage emergency situations
• Conducts investigations of all accidents and near-misses
• Perform safety audits and inspect facilities, machinery, and safety equipment to identify and correct potential hazards, and to ensure safety regulation compliance
• Manage all required documentation, operational checks and reports for the HSE
• Management System to be compliant with OHSAS and ISO standards, including corrective and preventive measures
• Coordinate for HSE audit as per schedule
• Compile all NCs, prepare corrective action and follow up for closure of NCs
• Identify safety training needs, organise and co-ordinate safety training courses and prepare training material where appropriate
• Conduct On site and off site Safety training at project
• Prepare and timely submit all MIS & reports
