Proficiency in Jira and other project management tools is essential. As a Senior Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for partnering closely with our development and QA team members to deliver high performing digital products while adhering to quality metrics, timelines and budgets.This position will report to the Vice President of Project Management Office.Location:We have an office in Gurgaon. We welcome you to work in our office 1-2 days per week with an option to work from home 3-4 days with good internet for video meetings with US based stakeholders.Your workday must overlap 4 hours with US EST time zone.Your Day-to-Day (aka Responsibilities):

Lead cross functional development on new features from design through to delivery for mobile and web applications
Develop and champion processes for efficiency and scale in our organization
Ensure business requirements are converted to technical tasks by the development team and that they collectively meet the business needs and performance expectations
Deliver releases in sync with launch timelines and communicate regularly with leadership on status, schedule, risk and change control
Drive effective teamwork, communication, collaboration and commitment across multiple teams
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital project management and agile methodologies

You Have (aka Requirements):

8-10 years’ of experience in technical project management
5+ years’ experience working in an agile environment
Experience managing projects across functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus
Strong knowledge and practical experience with agile methodologies
Proficiency in project management tools to plan, track, and report on project progress. Advanced Jira and Confluence experience required (certifications a plus)
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze and resolve project-related issues
Proactive and results-driven mindset, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively translate business requirements into technical requirements
Agile certifications, such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP), are highly desirable
