Job Description : Experience 5-8 Years Job Description .Installing Science Logic according to installation best practice .Configuring Science Logic for On-Premises Datacentre, Hybrid, Private cloud & Public Cloud .Configure all required Pre-Requisites on Server, Network, Storage, Application, Cloud etc. .Analysing the Client's Monitoring and Automation Requirement .Assessing the Client's Data Canter Infrastructure and Application environment .Design and plan AIOps Monitoring and Automation Strategies .Develop the AIOps use cases for alert noise reduction, event co-relation, Topology level alert suppression, Auto Ticket integration, Self -healing and Incident Enrichment .Configure Monitoring for Compute, Storage and Network. .Review and Define Alert threshold and configure in tool accordingly .Design and Develop Automation Strategies as per Alert volume, SOPs and Client's requirement .Integrate Science Logic with Third party tools like ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, Datadog, Dynatrace, New Relic, Azure Monitor and AWS CloudWatch etc. .Integrate Science Logic via Application's API .ITSM Configuration and Integration for Auto Ticketing .Python Based Automation Development for Self-Healing and Incident Enrichment .Design and Develop Monitoring and Business Service Dashboard by analysing the dependency between multiple IT components .Review Monitoring and Business Service Dashboard with client or multiple Internal Stakeholders. .Frequent Direct Client Communication and Interaction to review, plan and implement the AIOps Strategies. .Demonstrate the Science Logic Capabilities, Features and Benefits to Business Stakeholders. Required Technical Competencies .Hands-On Experience of administrating Science Logic Monitoring Platform .Hand-On Experience in Python & PowerShell scripts for improving efficiency of monitoring .Experience of ITIL Process Framework .Experience working with multiple OS such as windows, Unix, Linux etc. Familiar with command line-based working .Experience of working on multiple Data centre Technologies such as Compute, Storage and Network. .Knowledge of IT Operations space and Site reliability engineer job role an advantage .Experience of Working with Multiple Technical Stakeholders. .Good Communication Skills .Willingness to own issues and work independently for timely closure.
