- Generate appointments using proactive outbound prospecting
- Expert in outreach through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other mediums to pitch the product/services and book appointments (generate leads)
- Well-versed with multi-tasking skills like active follow-ups, energetic and positive attitude, rejection handling abilities and a go-getter mindset
- Work directly with sales and marketing to discover opportunities for leads
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of our offering and also pitch them to the right person at the right time
- Build a network and a strong relationship
- Should be an active market researcher and understand the trends.
- Should come up with plans/ideas strategically.
- Research, track, maintain, and update leads
- Make outgoing calls to develop new business
- Contact prospects to qualify leads
- Direct email to potential clients and prospects
- Research and maintain lead generation database
- Conduct customer research
- Conduct client or market surveys to obtain information about potential leads
- Excellent English communication (verbal and written)
- Experience with cold calling
- Experience with research and maintaining databases
- Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Experience in using CRM (Salesforce, Engagebay, etc)
- Strong project and time management skills
- Experience working in B2B Industry
- Bachelor's/Master's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in a related role in the B2B industry
