
Workday Administrator and Developer

- Develop and maintain WorkDay integrations, reports, and dashboards.
- Configure and manage WorkDay modules including with a focus on Core Finance.
- Additional experience in Adaptive Planning, Professional Services, Core HCM and Payroll is a plus.
- Actively look at improving utilization of the Workday ERP, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement.
- Perform system administration tasks such as user access management, security configuration, and system monitoring.
- Lead collaboration with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Design and implement custom solutions to meet business needs.
- Conduct system testing and validation to ensure accuracy and functionality.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for WorkDay-related issues.
- Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Stay updated with WorkDay releases and enhancements, and implement new features as needed.
- Ensure data integrity and security within the WorkDay system.
- Train and support end-users on WorkDay functionalities and best practices.
- Participate in project planning and execution for WorkDay-related initiatives.
- Perform all other duties and activities as required.
- REQUIRED:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in WorkDay development and administration.
- Strong knowledge of Financials modules.
- PREFERRED:
- WorkDay certification in one or more modules.
- Experience in a global software company or similar industry.
- Proficiency in WorkDay Studio, EIB, and WorkDay Report Writer. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Behaviors:
