2. Experience on Configuration and customization of AppDynamics solution
3. Ability to manage and deliver complete AppDynamics deployments in complex customer environments in quick timelines
4. Hardcore experience of creating custom configuration and alerting in AppDynamics deployments ensuring end-to-end tool functionality
5. Ability to create custom dashboards from the AppDynamics tool based on customer requirements
6. Expertise in triage and root cause analysis (RCAs) of issues with collection and analysis of performance metrics as-required to diagnose complex system problems in a timely manner
7. Hands-on experience of integrating AppDynamics with various tools like MoogSoft, Service Now etc.
8. Ability to integrate AppDynamics with various other ITSM, CI/CD and QA/Performance Testing tools
9. Demonstrates thorough knowledge and awareness of application performance issues in complex multi-tiered environment
10. Ability to do requirement gathering and target environment analysis from an APM perspective
11. In-depth understanding of AppDynamics license construct
12. Good understanding of the following programming languages: JAVA, .NET, Node.js, PHP, C, C++, HTML etc.
13. Knowledge in middleware like WebLogic, WebSphere etc.
14. Strong knowledge of APM KPIs and reporting
15. Ability to cross-train peers with tool usage and assist in creation of best-practices
16. Ability to work independently on multiple assignments, proactively prioritizing focus and effort
17. Coordinate with various project stakeholders and partner support teams to ensure seamless tool deployment
18. Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
19. AppDynamics Certification a plus
20. Good to have expertise in other monitoring solutions like MoogSoft, Solerwind, Dynatrace etc.

To participate and present the financial performance consisting of past performance and forecasts in the Business Operations Review meetings (3.) To ensure required approvals are given for TAS, Capex etc. and to control contracts on basis of MSA rate cards (4.) To continuously follow up with project managers to raise BRQs on timely and accurately to ensure smooth revenue recognition and timely billing to customer (5.) To effectively resolve the escalations from business teamorcorporate MIS team and other stakeholders (6.) To periodically carry out revenue assurance activities and to interact with concerned teams to close the accounting issues related to revenue recognitionorcost booking
