Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day backend operations on computer systems.
  • Prepare professional presentations, reports, and dashboards using MS PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Handle emails, telephonic conversations, and WhatsApp communication with clients and internal teams.
  • Maintain accurate records, data entries, and documentation for smooth operations.
  • Support the sales and operations team with backend coordination.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint is mandatory.
  • Good communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Ability to handle emails and telephonic conversations professionally.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in follow-ups.
