The Sr Manager - Legal will oversee entire legal function and ensure compliance, provide strategic legal guidance for the organisation and manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external counsels.

Draft, review, and negotiate various types of commercial and partnership contracts
Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
Provide legal advice on business strategies, risks, and operations.
Manage relationships with external legal counsel.
Develop and implement legal policies and procedures to mitigate risks.
Support the leadership team with strategic legal insights to drive business growth.

A degree in Law from a recognised institution and at least 5 years of experience
Ability to work independently
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
