Xotiv Technologies is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive international sales for our IT services and digital solutions. This role demands deep expertise in IT services sales, strong relationship-building skills, and a proven track record of closing high-value enterprise deals.Key Responsibilities:- Drive new business across international markets.- Build relationships with CXOs and key decision-makers.- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets.- Pitch tailored solutions in web/mobile apps, enterprise software, and staff augmentation.- Lead proposal creation, negotiations, and deal closures.- Coordinate with pre-sales and delivery teams for smooth project execution.- Track sales pipeline, performance, and market trends.- Represent Xotiv at client meetings and industry events.Requirements:- 5+ years in IT services sales with international exposure.- Proven record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.- Strong knowledge of SDLC and engagement models (T&M, Fixed Price, Dedicated Teams).- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.- Experience with CRM tools- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or IT.Preferred:- Experience in staff augmentation/offshore development sales.- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clutch, Upwork, etc.- MBA is a plus.What We Offer:- Competitive salary + performance incentives.- Global exposure and growth opportunities.- Supportive leadership and career advancement in a fast-growing IT firm.Note - This opening is for US shift (ref:updazz.com)
